A graduate of Dripping Springs High School’s Class of 1999, Tressa established herself early as a talented and dedicated athlete. She played girls’ basketball at Dripping Springs during the 1996-1999 season, achieving two state appearances with the Lady Tigers.
Following high school, Tressa attended Texas Tech University from 1999 to 2003, graduating with a degree in Communication Studies.

Her involvement has extended beyond her professional life into advocacy for youth athletics and community development.
Tressa is also a devoted wife and mother, to Lily a junior at Dripping Springs High School, and Roan an 8th grader at Dripping Springs Middle School. Together with her husband, Jared Aleshire, she has supported charitable organizations and community causes, reflecting a strong commitment to family, service, and giving back.
Tressa is rooted in the values developed through athletics—discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and leadership—and carried forward through her education, family life, professional career, and involvement in the Dripping Springs community.
